Listing Pro is a co-marketing program that provides a listing photography package along with a custom-made listing flyer comparing sample loan options. We provide everything within approximately 7 days for an incredibly low price of only $50 per listing!

How to be a Listing Pro in 3 easy steps:

Step 1

Simply fill out the brief order form on this page.

Step 2

One of our preferred photographers will reach out to schedule the photography session. You should receive your listing photography package within 48 hours after the session is complete.

Step 3

You are provided a custom cobranded listing flyer featuring you and one of our loan officers. This should be displayed prominently in the home. A custom single property website is also available for digital marketing of your new listing!

Agreement to Terms & Conditions*(Required)

By using Listing Pro (SM), you agree to maintain compliance by adhering to the following terms and conditions:

1. First World Mortgage Corporation retains creative license on all marketing flyers and materials it provides. This includes, but is not limited to: design, color, layout, and content.

2. It is required for the First World Mortgage Loan Officer assigned to the project to have, at a minimum, his/her listing flyer prominently displayed in the home until the home is sold; therefore, property must be for sale.

3. You agree to prominently display the listing flyer in the home within 3 calendar days of receiving the listing flyer.

4. Property Requirements: Listing Pro services are for single family homes under 3,500 sq. ft. Rates for additional Square footage and/or multifamily homes must be negotiated between Listing Agent and photographer.

5. If the listing flyer is not prominently displayed in the home promptly and/or at all, First World Mortgage Corporation cannot and will not pay for any portion of the photographer’s fees. The person who placed the original Listing Pro order will be solely responsible to pay for 100% of the photographer’s normal rate of $100 for the listing photography package. The photographer will refund First World Mortgage any fees it already paid, and the photographer will then seek remaining payment from the person who originally placed the Listing Pro order.

6. The person placing the Listing Pro order should provide his/her portion of the payment ($50 for the photography package, If applicable $30 Drone add on) to the photographer at time of service. Under extenuating circumstances, your portion payment may be given to the photographer up to 14 calendar days after the photographer takes the initial photography. Any add-on service, such as the 3-D modeling and videography, are not subsidized by First World Mortgage Corporation. Add-on services are paid 100% by the real estate agent and will be billed directly by the vendor. It is your responsibility to resolve any billing matters, with all vendors, directly.

7. Any additional photography requested will not be covered by First World Mortgage nor is it included in the cost of the original Listing Pro Order. Any properties in need of new photographs due to situations such as remodeling/renovations are to be exclusively negotiated and billed between the Listing Agent and Photographer. Significant changes to listing details may require a new order to be placed at the discretion of First World Mortgage’s Listing Pro Advisors.

8. First World Mortgage Corporation does not employ photographers, or 3-D modeling designers. Each vendor working on a Listing Pro project is acting as his/her own agent/business, and is responsible for their own safety, and conduct. First World Mortgage Corporation is held harmless from any financial loss, damage, injury, or loss of property as a result of a vendor’s participation in a Listing Pro project.

9. Fulfilled Listing Pro orders for properties that get pulled from the market are no longer valid. In any event that a property is no longer being listed, a new order will need to be placed for an updated flyer.

10. First World Mortgage reserves the right to accept, reject, or withdraw from a Listing Pro project for any reason, and at any stage throughout the project. You agree to hold First World Mortgage Corporation harmless from any loss resulting from denying a project, or withdrawing from one, regardless which stage of the project the company withdraws.
