By entering the 2026 New Year Giveaway promoted on @denise.lanouette_loan.officer, you agree to these Official Rules and Disclosures.

1. Sponsor & eligibility

Sponsor.
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Denise Lanouette, VP, Senior Mortgage Consultant and Enfield Branch Manager, First World Mortgage Corporation (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility.

  • Open only to legal U.S. residents who, at the time of entry, are at least 18 years of age.

  • Void where prohibited by law and in any jurisdiction where this Promotion does not comply with local regulations.

  • Employees, officers, and directors of First World Mortgage Corporation are not eligible to enter or win.

Geographic scope (optional, if you want to limit it).

  • Promotion is intended for individuals located in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Florida at the time of entry.

2. Promotion period

  • The Promotion begins at [start time] [time zone] on [start date] and ends at [end time] [time zone] on [end date] (“Promotion Period”).

  • Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to enter

Participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  1. Like the designated giveaway post on Instagram.

  2. Follow @denise.lanouette_loan.officer on Instagram.

  3. Comment on the giveaway post and tag one (1) friend in the same comment.

Bonus entry.

  • One (1) additional bonus entry will be awarded if the participant shares the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tags @denise.lanouette_loan.officer so the entry can be seen.

Entry limits.

  • Limit of one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry per person during the Promotion Period.

  • Multiple accounts used by the same individual, automated entries, or entries generated by scripts, bots, or other fraudulent means are not permitted and may be disqualified.

No purchase necessary.

  • No purchase or loan application is necessary to enter or win.

  • A purchase or loan application will not increase the chances of winning.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive one (1) $200 DORO Restaurant Group gift card.

  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200.

  • Gift card is subject to the terms, conditions, and expiration policies of DORO Restaurant Group; Sponsor is not responsible for DORO’s acts or omissions.

  • Prize is non‑transferable, may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Odds of winning.

  • Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

5. Winner selection & notification

Selection.

  • One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, using a random‑selection method (for example, a random name picker tool or equivalent).

  • Drawing will be conducted on or about January 5, 2026, or within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period.

Notification.

  • The potential winner will be notified by direct message to their Instagram account (and/or by public tag in the comments or Stories) and may be asked to provide full name, email address, and mailing address for prize fulfillment.

  • The potential winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and, if required by law, a W‑9 or similar tax form within [e.g., 3–5] business days.

Failure to respond.

  • If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [e.g., 48 hours], fails to provide required documentation, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Taxes

  • Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.

  • If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the value of the prize.

7. General conditions

Compliance & fairness.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  • Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding.

Release.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, First World Mortgage Corporation, DORO Restaurant Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Social media disclaimer.

  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

  • Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Facebook.

Publicity.

  • Where permitted by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and First World Mortgage the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city and state, and statements about the Promotion in advertising and promotional materials, without additional compensation or notice.

8. Mortgage‑specific disclosures

  • This Promotion is promotional in nature only and is not a commitment to lend or extend credit.

  • Any mortgage loan information shared by Sponsor is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Consumers should consult their own advisors.

  • All loan approvals are subject to program terms and conditions, credit approval, and underwriting guidelines. Terms, conditions, and programs are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Participation in this Promotion does not affect any applicant’s credit decision, loan terms, or conditions on any current or future application with First World Mortgage Corporation.

10. Governing law & disputes

  • Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.

  • Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Connecticut.
